1 Injured in Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Carmel Valley Road in Del Mar
Del Mar, California (April 19, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a car crash in San Diego on Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 5 Freeway near Carmel Valley Road at around 4:42 p.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision, however, were yet to be established.
At least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not provided.
