The accident was reported at around 6:38 p.m. on Interstate 15 Freeway near Glen Helen Parkway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A blue SUV and a motorcycle were involved in the accident. The officers who responded to the incident found the rider down on the right-hand shoulder.
The rider is reported to have suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Loma Linda Hospital for treatment.
