CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment
El Cajon, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident that happened in El Cajon early Sunday morning.
At around 4:58 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car crash on Highway 94 near Steele Canyon Road.
The officers who responded to the incident found a silver Toyota Camry and a dark-colored sedan at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the accident were yet to be determined.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident about the collision were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
