At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on the 880 Freeway near Highway 262 in Hayward
Hayward, CA. – Injuries were reported in a car accident that happened early Sunday morning in Hayward.
The accident was reported around 2:54 a.m. on the southbound lanes of the 880 Freeway near Highway 262, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three cars were recovered at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
