Hayward, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Tuesday evening in Hayward.
The accident happened on the southbound 880 Freeway near Davis Street at around 5:35 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three cars were recovered at the accident scene, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
