Orange County, CA. – One person was hospitalized with serious injuries following a motorcycle accident that happened on Sunday afternoon near Laguna Hills in Orange County.
At around 2:46 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motorcycle accident on the southbound 5 Freeway near El Toro Road.
A motorcyclist reportedly collided with a car on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
CHP reports that one person suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
