1 Injured in Collision on 215 Freeway near Newport Road in Menifee
Menifee, California (June 5, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a suspected DUI crash on Sunday morning in Menifee.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on northbound 215 Freeway near Newport Road at around 3:53 a.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The circumstances of the crash, however, were not immediately established.
Officials say at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Although an investigation into the accident is ongoing, officials believe DUI was a factor in the crash.
