1 Injured in Hayward Motorcycle Accident on 880 Freeway near Highway 238
Hayward, California (June 9, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a Thursday morning motorcycle accident in Hayward.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 6:21 a.m. on southbound 880 Freeway near Highway 238.
A motorcycle and a gray pickup truck were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision, however, were not immediately established.
CHP said one person was injured in the crash and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
