1 Hospitalized after Highway 163 Motorcycle Accident in San Diego
San Diego, California (July 10, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a motorcycle accident that happened Sunday afternoon in San Diego, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at about 12:04 p.m. on southbound Highway 163, near Washington Street.
CHP said the incident involved a motorcycle and a Toyota Camry.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and shut down the Nos. 3, 4, and 5 lanes.
According to the report, the incident left one person with minor injuries. The patient was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
