38-Year-Old Motorcyclist Hurt in San Diego Accident on Imperial Avenue
San Diego, California (April 16, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured in a collision in the Valencia Park neighborhood on Friday night, according to San Diego Police Department.
The wreck happened in the 5200 block of Imperial Avenue at around 8:45 p.m. April 15.
Police said a 38-year-old man was riding a motorcycle west on Imperial Avenue when he tried to pass a 2016 Cadillac but sideswiped it as it made a left turn onto San Jacinto Drive.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained a fractured femur.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The San Diego Police Department is conducting an investigation into the collision.
