1 Hurt After Vallejo Car Crash on 80 Freeway near Highway 37
Vallejo, California (September 6, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury car accident that injured at least one person early Tuesday morning in Vallejo.
According to the California Highway Patrol report, the accident happened at around 2:58 a.m. on westbound 80 Freeway, just west of Highway 37.
Per the dispatch, five vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to attend to at least one person injured in the crash. The total number of patients and their current condition were not immediately released.
Two vehicles involved in the collision sustained front-end damage. The two cars were towed away from the accident location.
The vehicles were blocking lanes 1 and 2 following the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 3:47 a.m.
No other information regarding this crash was provided.
