1 Hospitalized after San Jose Car Crash on 10th Street On-Ramp to Northbound Interstate 280
San Jose, California (September 16, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision that took place Friday evening in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported at about 6:22 p.m. on the 10th Street on-ramp to northbound Interstate 280.
The collision involved a gray 2022 Honda CR-V, a blue Volkswagen Jetta, a white Volkswagen sedan and a gray Toyota Prius.
San Jose firefighters responded to the scene to help the motorists.
One person who complained of pain to the neck was taken to the hospital by a family member.
The Volkswagen Jetta was towed away from the scene.
Police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
