1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Main Street in Huntington Beach

, California (September 3, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened late Friday night in Huntington Beach, as per a local news source.

The accident was reported shortly after the Edison- Lutheran football game at Huntington Beach High.

It occurred on Main Street, south of Yorktown Avenue, just in front of the main entrance to Cap Sheue Field at Huntington Beach High.

A minivan crashed into the back of a fire engine and a pickup under unclear circumstances.

Medical personnel had been dispatched to the game after an Edison offensive lineman was hurt early in the fourth quarter.

One person who complained of pain after the accident was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The crash left the minivan with significant front-end damage and possibly deployed airbags. The pickup truck acquired damage to its front, right tire, and the fire engine acquired minor damage.
