1 Injured in 80 Freeway Collision near Interstate 580 in Oakland
Oakland, California (June 16, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision early Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on westbound 80 Freeway near Interstate 580 at around 12:36 a.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision, however, were not immediately established.
Officials say at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the crash were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
