One person was hospitalized after a three-car accident on the 880 Freeway near Broadway in Oakland
Oakland, Calif. – One person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening in Oakland.
The accident was reported around 9:31 p.m. on the northbound 880 Freeway near Broadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three cars were recovered at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
