Contra Costa, CA. – Authorities are investigating a car accident that left at least one person injured on Monday evening near Pacheco in Contra Costa.
At around 4:12 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on Highway 4 near the 680 Freeway.
The officers who responded to the incident recovered three cars at the accident scene. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the evening collision and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
