Phoenix, Ariz. – One person was hurt in a car accident near Phoenix early Thursday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The crash took place on State Route 347 near Interstate 10 at about 6:40 a.m.
Two vehicles collided on the northbound side of SR 347.
One person was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The northbound side of SR 347 was shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
