1 Injured in Car Accident on 580 Freeway near 680 Freeway in Pleasanton
Pleasanton, California (April 23, 2022) – One person sustained serious injuries in a car crash that occurred in Pleasanton on Friday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on eastbound Interstate 580 Freeway near northbound 680 Freeway at around 9:05 p.m.
Four vehicles were recovered at the scene of the accident. The circumstances of the collision, however, were yet to be established.
Officials say at least one person was seriously injured in the accident and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
