Ramona, CA. – One person was injured in a head-on collision on Wednesday afternoon in El Cajon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on Highway 78 near Casner Road at around 3:10 p.m.
Two vehicles, possibly a Jeep and a GMC pickup truck, were involved in the collision.
As per the report, at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
