One person was seriously injured after a black Toyota Corolla and a white Lexus collided in Redwood City
Redwood City, Calif. – One person was hospitalized with major injuries after a car crash in Redwood City on Sunday morning.
The accident happened on Highway 101 near Willow Road at around 4:10 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A black Toyota Corolla and a white Lexus were recovered at the accident scene. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.
Authorities say one person suffered major injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
