One person was hospitalized with major injuries after a collision on Highway 60 near Rubidoux Boulevard in Riverside
Riverside, Calif. – One person was seriously injured in a car crash on Friday night in Riverside, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Highway 60 near Rubidoux Boulevard.
A blue sedan was traveling on the roadway when it crashed into a big rig. The sedan was reportedly speeding prior to the collision.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
