1 Injured in Saturday Evening Accident on Marshall Blvd near Golden Ave in San Bernardino

San Bernardino, California (August 14, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a Saturday evening car crash that occurred in San Bernardino.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 6:52 p.m. on August 13, on Marshall Boulevard near Golden Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the evening collision. Although the events leading up to the collision were yet to be established, the impact of the crash reportedly caused one of the cars to crash into a brick wall off the roadway.
One person sustained major injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not provided.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.

- Avoid blocking crosswalks while waiting to turn
- Parents and drivers should follow school policies and procedures for picking up and dropping off students
- Stop for school buses and watch for students rushing to catch or exit the buses.
- Parents should teach the children walking or riding to and from school how to cross the road safely such as looking both ways before crossing the street, crossing at marked crosswalks, using available sidewalks.
