San Diego, Calif. – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon in San Diego.
At around 3:19 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received reports of a car accident on Interstate 15 Freeway near 8 Freeway.
The officers who responded to the incident located two vehicles at the accident scene.
The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
CHP reported that one person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
