Santa Ana, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday night in Santa Ana.
The accident was reported around 10:16 p.m. on Santiago Canyon Road near Silverado Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two cars were reportedly involved in the wreck. The impact of the collision sent one of the cars off the roadway and into a ditch.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to Hoag Hospital in Irvine for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
