One person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101 near Las Positas Road in Santa Barbara
Santa Barbara, Calif. – A multi-vehicle collision with injuries was reported on Monday afternoon in Santa Barbara.
At around 12:27 p.m., the California Highway Patrol dispatch received reports of a car accident on Highway 101 near Las Positas Road.
Two vehicles were recovered at the accident scene. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
CHP reports that a least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
