California Highway Patrol says a vehicle struck multiple bicyclists on Highway 9 in Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz, Calif. – Major injuries were reported after a vehicle struck multiple bicyclists near Felton in Santa Cruz County on Tuesday evening.
The 6:20 p.m. collision happened on Highway 9 at Glengarry Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle is reported to have struck multiple vehicles in unclear circumstances.
CHP said the collision resulted in major injuries, but no additional information about the victims was provided.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
