One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision on the 80 Freeway near Donner Pass Road in Soda Springs
Soda Springs, Calif. – One person was hospitalized with major injuries after a multi-vehicle collision that happened near Soda Springs in Nevada County.
The accident was reported at around 8:33 p.m. on the westbound 80 Freeway near Donner Pass Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least four vehicles including a big rig that jackknifed were recovered at the accident scene.
One person suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Additional information about the accident was not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
