Two cars collided in the northbound lanes of the highway near the Whitney Ranch Parkway Off-Ramp
Rocklin, Calif. – One person sustained minor injuries in a car accident that happened Tuesday evening in Rocklin, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision took place around 7:46 p.m. on northbound State Route 65, just south of the Whitney Ranch Parkway off-ramp.
A gray Chevrolet Traverse and a white Toyota Yaris were involved in the accident.
The CHP report said the accident resulted in minor injuries. A 20-year-old man who hit his head was evaluated by responding paramedics, but it was not clear if he was hospitalized.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
