1 Hurt in Camp Pendleton Car Accident on Interstate 5 near Aliso Creek Rest Area
Camp Pendleton, California (June 18, 2022) – One person was hurt in a crash that happened Friday morning near Camp Pendleton, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck was reported at about 11:37 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5 near Aliso Creek Rest Area.
The accident involved a small gray sedan and a box truck.
A lady in one of the cars was bleeding. Firefighters responded to the scene and helped the patient.
Investigators closed the No. 1 lane as they worked the scene.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
