1 Hospitalized after San Clemente Accident on Interstate 5 near PCH
San Clemente, California (February 9, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a crash involving multiple vehicles in San Clemente on Wednesday morning, according to Orange County Fire Authority.
The vehicles collided on the northbound side of Interstate 5, just south of the Pacific Coast Highway just before 8:15 a.m.
Firefighters were notified of the collision involving four vehicles and they responded to the scene.

The crews found one person with minor injuries and the victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The crash caused a closure of all northbound lanes of Interstate 5 as authorities cleared the scene.
An investigation to find out the cause of the accident is underway.
