1 Injured in Car Accident on 580 Freeway near Coolidge Avenue in Oakland
Oakland, California (February 2, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a Tuesday evening car crash in Oakland.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened on westbound 580 Freeway near Coolidge Avenue at about 7:01 p.m., February 1.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. However, the authorities did not immediately establish the circumstances surrounding the collision.
CHP said one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
