1 Injured in 80 Freeway Car Accident near El Portal Drive in Oakland
Oakland, California (February 24, 2022) – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday night in Oakland.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened on westbound 80 Freeway near El Portal Drive at around 6:16 p.m., February 23.
The authorities responded to the incident and recovered two vehicles at the scene of the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision, however, were yet to be established.
CHP said one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
