1 Injured in Car Accident on Date Avenue near Leggett Street in Porterville
Porterville, California (February 5, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a Friday night traffic collision in Porterville.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Date Avenue near Leggett Street at about 6:12 p.m.
Two cars were involved in the evening crash. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
CHP said at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The severity of injuries suffered by the victim was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
