1 Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 5 near Deschutes Road in Redding
Redding, California (January 2, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a motorcycle accident in Redding on Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 5 Freeway near Deschutes Road at about 5:22 p.m.
A motorcycle and a white Chevrolet pickup truck were involved in the collision. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
As per the CHP report, the rider suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
