1 Injured in Highway 101 Car Accident near Freitas Parkway in San Rafael
San Rafael, California (October 21, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a multi-car crash in San Rafael on Wednesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 101 near Freitas Parkway at about 5:54 p.m.
The officers who responded to the incident located four vehicles at the scene of the accident. The events preceding the collision were not immediately established.
As per the report, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
