One person was found unresponsive inside one of the cars and was pronounced dead at the accident scene

Los Angeles, CA. – One person was killed in a car crash that left two people, including a 5-year-old boy, injured on Thursday night in South Los Angeles.
The fatal collision was reported around 9:30 p.m. on 5270 Figueroa Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Firefighters had to use hydraulic tools to extricate two people trapped in the wreckage.

One person was found unresponsive inside one of the cars and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
A man was taken to the hospital in serious to critical condition.
A 5-year-old boy was also hospitalized with moderate injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
