1 Killed, 2 Injured in North Phoenix Crash Saturday Night

, Ariz. – One person was killed and two others were injured after two vehicles collided in North Phoenix late Saturday night, according to Phoenix Police.

The crash happened just after 10:30 p.m. on December 30 in the area of 19th Avenue and Greenway Road.

According to the police, one of the drivers was rushed to the hospital where he later died. The name of the victim was not immediately released pending notification to the next of kin.

The second river and a passenger were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

No additional information regarding the crash has been released. The incident remains under investigation.
