Petaluma, CA – One person was killed and three others were injured Saturday night after a car crashed during a police pursuit in Petaluma, according to the police.

Petaluma police said they were called to a gas station along the highway after someone reported seeing a driver who appeared intoxicated. That driver fled when the officers arrived and the officers pursued the vehicle.
The chase ended when the vehicle crashed and rolled over off the highway.
One of the passengers was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and the other two passengers were taken to hospitals with major injuries.
No other details were available.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
