Los Angeles, Calif. – One person was killed in a car crash that sent six other people to hospital on Sunday morning in Reseda.
At around 11:18 a.m. the Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the scene of a collision on 18153 W. Vanowen Street.
Four vehicles and two additional parked vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
Firefighters extricated three people who were trapped in the wreckage. Sadly, one of the patients succumbed to injuries at the accident scene.
Authorities say at least ten people were evaluated at the scene and six were transported o the hospital.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
