One Dies in Madera Accident at Vineyard Avenue near Yosemite Avenue
Madera, California (January 18, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a deadly accident that happened at a Madera intersection early Tuesday morning.
The collision was reported on Vineyard Avenue near Yosemite Avenue at around 6:30 a.m.
Authorities said a van heading west on Vineyard Avenue pulled in front of a pickup truck traveling northbound on Yosemite Avenue and the two collided.

The man driving the van, who was not immediately identified, died at the site of the accident.
The operator of the pickup sustained moderate injuries and he was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities said the drivers were the only people involved in the accident.
The deadly crash is under investigation.
