Goodyear, AZ – One person was killed in an early Monday morning accident that took place in Goodyear, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at about 2:45 a.m. on I-10 near Dysart Road.
The vehicles reportedly collided with each other on the eastbound lanes of the interstate.
At least one person died at the site of the crash.
Traffic was impacted in the area for nearly three hours.
Authorities are working to find out the cause of the collision.
