One Killed in Oakland Car Crash on I-580 near MacArthur Boulevard
Oakland, California (September 4, 2022) – One person died following a traffic collision in Oakland on Saturday night, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash on westbound I-580 occurred near MacArthur Boulevard at about 9:15 p.m. on September 3.
According to the report, at least two vehicles were involved in the incident.
CHP said one person was killed in the crash.
The westbound lanes of I-580 were closed as authorities investigated the incident.
