Fresno, CA. – A bicyclist was killed in a collision that happened on Sunday afternoon in downtown Fresno.
The fatal bicycle accident happened around 1:17 p.m. in the area of Stanislaus and Van Ness Avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 50-year-old man was riding a bicycle in the area when he was struck by a car.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
