The accident happened around 9:05 p.m. in the area of Orangethorpe Avenue and Campus Drive, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
A man was riding a bicycle in the area and was struck by a Dodge Journey traveling eastbound on Orangethorpe Avenue.
The unidentified man was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The Orange County Coroner did not disclose the name of the victim pending notification of his family.
