Police say a pickup truck was traveling at high rates of speed prior to the collision
Los Angeles, CA. – One person was killed in a car accident that happened near Newhall in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
The fatal collision was reported around 11:22 p.m. in the area of Sand Canyon Road and Sierra Highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pickup truck and a white SUV were involved in the collision. Police say a pickup truck was traveling at high rates of speed before the collision.
One person was killed in the crash.
The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
