1 Killed in Los Banos Motorcycle Accident on Volta Road near Highway 152
Merced County, California (August 26, 2022) – The authorities are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that happened in Los Banos on Friday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened on Volta Road near Highway 152.
A big rig reportedly collided with a motorcycle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
As per the report, one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities shut down a section of Volta Road as the scene was processed.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
