Male Motorcycle Rider Dies in East County Accident on Winter Gardens Boulevard near Sapota Drive
East County, California (April 17, 2022) – A male motorcycle rider was killed in a collision that occurred on Sunday afternoon in East County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred on Winter Gardens Boulevard near Sapota Drive just before 3:40 p.m.
CHP said the motorcyclist collided with a 2008 Chevrolet Blazer SUV under unclear circumstances.

The motorcycle was removed from the scene by a tow truck.
