Spanaway, WA – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Spanaway on Friday morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck took place on State Route 7 south of 176th Street South shortly before 6:30 a.m.
A driver reportedly crashed into a truck that was stopped at the intersection.
The impact caused a chain-reaction involving one other vehicle.
The driver who crashed into the stopped vehicle was killed in the accident.
One other person was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
