Norwalk, CA. – Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred early Wednesday morning in Norwalk.
The deadly collision happened on the southbound 605 Freeway near Rosecrans Avenue at around 1:44 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian in the area in unclear circumstances.
CHP reports that one person was killed in the accident.
