A Hyundai Tucson was traveling west on Chapman and was turning south into a parking lot when it collided with an eastbound motorcycle

Orange, CA. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car in Yorba Linda on Friday afternoon.
The fatal collision happened in the 2700 block of E. Chapman Avenue at Yorba Street at around 1:48 p.m., according to the Orange Police Department.
A Hyundai Tucson was traveling west on Chapman Avenue and was turning south into a parking lot when it collided with an eastbound motorcycle carrying two riders.
One motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
A second rider was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
The SUV driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
